Opening Times
The show will open from 9.00am until 5.00pm on both days
Dogs
Dogs are allowed at the show but must be cleaned up after. There are dog waste bins available around the show.
Dog drinking water facilities are also available around the site
Parking
There is parking on the show site on hard standing. The overflow fields are on grass. Parking is free of charge. Disabled parking is available. Parking is at your own risk. Contour Exhibitions will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of vehicles or property.
Disabled Visitors
The West of England Game Fair welcomes disabled visitors. All avenues have hard surfaces and all buildings, toilets as can be accessed with ease, making your day out with us an enjoyable experience.

All Carer/PA ticket applications require evidence of supporting documentation.
Please supply least one of the following (printed or scanned copies are acceptable);
- Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
- Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired
- Recognised assistance dog ID card
Lift access is provided to the top floor of the Showering Pavilion and also to the Bath and West Restaurant.
Mobility Scooters: Subject to availability, Event Mobility provides electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of our disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors. For further enquiries, please contact Event Mobility on 01386 725391, or to book in advance (recommended), visit www.eventmobility.org.uk. A £30 donation will be applied for the use of electric scooters. Manual wheelchairs are £10. All proceeds go to Event Mobility. Please be aware that advance bookings cannot be made by phone and that this facility often becomes fully booked before the event. Anyone collecting an Event Mobility vehicle should enter through the Yellow Gate.
Groups
We welcome groups to the show. A group discount is available. Buy any 8 tickets and get one adult ticket free.
Children
We count children as those people 5 to 16 years old. Under 5’s go free.
Cash Point
A bank facility is available in the Showering Pavilion.
Toilet Facilities
There are toilet facilities throughout the site.
Where to eat
The Mendip hall has a range of delicious game food to eat
There is a restaurant and bar in the Showering Pavilion.
A food court is available outside offering a wide range of traditional and exotic lunches and snacks.
Accommodation
